Well here it goes. 5'11 and 155 lbs. Trying to get to 180.

Training Schedule:

Mon: Quads/Hams
Tues: Chest/Abs
Wed: Back/Forearms
Thurs: Shoulders/Calves
Friday: Arms/Abs



Supplements

Swole V2
Max Nitro (NO2)
ON 100% Whey
Max High 5 (Blended Protein)
Labrada MRP's (got for free)
Maltodextrin
Glutamine


Any advice or suggestions? I tried starting last monday but i got caught up with school. Tests are over now though so it's time to Rip!

Good to see another journal.

I would do triceps with chest and biceps with back and put in more rest days throughout the week. If you post the actuall exercises you will be using then we can help out more.

I'm planning on doing the 5 day intermediate split posted in the workout program forum.

It will be VERY HARD to train 5 days in a row.

Not really for me. I have an hour after school before I have to be anywhere so i can run to the gym.. workout and go about my busienss afterwards.
