ive been useing laynes article for show prep but i dont know what to eat in the morning before i hit the stage ,now my metabilsm is slow and i see in most articles they say carb up but im scared i might wash out any one has any tips what time to eat and what foods or wait and eat 2 hours before i hit the stage should i eat a big mac,what do you guys eat with slow metablism

bro if you have dieted correctly alll the way through, at this point you wont have to worry about your lines washing out anywhere near the time u hit the stage if u carb up that morning. I ate at ihop the morning of my last show and walked away happy with the victory. Part of the trick is to eat while only sipping on water if not none at all. ****loading is the next best part of competiton day next to getting that trophy IMO.
but in the end, everyones body reacts different... This is what works for me and my national level trainer tho.

i know bodyfat dont mean anything but im down to 5% tested on monday would oatmeal work at 6am then nibble on chicken and almonds then 2 hours before stage time a bigmac,also im trying to jug down 2 gallons of water i only wheigh 145 pounds i feel like im going to explode is 1 gallon suffiecent

that's too much water the day of. crap loading could work for you, but everyone is different. if you have time try it a weak out and see how it works before the day of the show.

im 5.6 and 145lbs what do you guys recomend for water that week sun-sat
