Ok I have Gone to Physicla Therapy 2 times in My Life( for a bad car accident a while back...not my fault) and they had Similar electronic stimulation devices. However, Thsese are only to be used as a way to releave tention as a massage. They will not give you a great Body wit No work, Heck If they did why would any of us here want to go through pain and the time to work out if we could just sit and get built...L8er

when i heard about these "Ab Devices" i was really interested. but i read a lot of reviews and from what i gathered they suck. you can read about them at www.fitnessinfomercialreview.com i have heard from a lot of people that a good ab device is a ball.

I think the best ab device out is the EZ Krunch. It's really convenient and effective.

The best thing I ever did for my abs (and back) is buy a swiss ball. Also good for some light hammie stuff. I'm still a proponent of good old-fashioned janda-style sit ups too.

The ab-tronic sucks and it is actually scientifically proven that it doesnt have any musclebuilding effect at all, its a complete rip of.

there is nothing better than old fashion ab exercises---forget about these fancy and expensive devices. THEY DON'T WORK!
There are scientific studies to prove that

yeh i was asking the doctor about those a few weeks ago in the emergency room while he was sewing me up. said they didnt do ****. i only asked because my neighbor came over with a high powered version and hooked himself up on full power. i swear, dudes eyeballs were like popping out and ****. we tried half power and it was painful as hell. then he stripped the power cord leading to the wall and was frying himself with that ****. btw this dudes kinda nuts, but he can do a ninja flip onto the roof. (u know, face away from building, jump up, grab roof..flip onto roof)

Don't understand what to say.And I don't know what to think when someone's first post to the forum is as nonsensical as yours, not to mention reviving a thread that's almost 6 years old.

Brilliant - not.

You want to work your abs? Here's what you do...

Crunches
Sit-ups
Hanging leg raises
Hanging knee raises
Decline crunches (you can do these weighted)

These things actually work haha
