I was dieting for a while and 3 weeks ago I ended my diet. Within a week or so I gained 8lbs, I did eat some junk the 1st few days but besides that I have been raising my cal intake by 500cal per week and currently I am eating 500+ than my RMR. The 1st week and a half my sodium intake was a little high but I cut it down a week and a half ago. I'm drinking 1+ gl per day and eating clean. I'm drinking no coffee but drinking vodka pretty heavily on Friday and Saturday. Currently I'm 4lbs heavier than when I was on my diet. My BF% is the same. In the morning before I eat/drink I look almost like I did when I was on my diet but throughout the rest of day I look bloated, especially in my mid section which is most apparent when looking from the side. I think my stomach is just stuffed from consistently eating and drinking water and milk all day.

Do you guys think that I'm holding water or is my stomach just full all day? Should I try the sauna?

I would get serious and cut out all the alcohol. Why diet and then drink alcohol right after? You are missing out on the best opportunity to add muscle to your frame.

Holy shiat, I tried the sauna for 20 min, and I looked much better the next day. I'm going to use the sauna post w/o for a while. I don't think that the 4lbs is excess water anymore, I think it is just food left over from the night before (I weigh myself in the morning).
