ok, i am currently taking cell tech and about ready to purchase z-mass pm. i'm 17. about 5'5", 110 pounds. so obviously i'm pretty small. so i wanna put on some muscle mass without gaining fat, but at the same time, i want to be toned and ripped. the problem is, i'm currently playing tennis so i'm afraid that any muscle mass i gain while lifting, i'll just burn off with the cardio of tennis. i considered eating more, but then i was afraid that i would gain fat and it would be harder for me to get rid of it. i dont really want to take a weight gainer for the same reason. does anybody have any ideas or tips on what i could do?
