i recently started doing squats, leg press , leg extensions etc to my workout 'cos ppl keep raving abt how good squats are..... i used to only do leg extension(both legs) and i normally do like ~290 pounds on the machine. i started doing leg press and i kept adding weight till i had like 14 45 pound weights on it... i stopped adding more weights since i didnt want to push myself too hard for the first time so any advice on what weights i should start doing without hurting myself? thnkx
