Ok, so tonight I was going through my regular squat routine. Wasn't going any heavier than I usually do and on my 5th rep or so while I was pushing back up I got a sharp pain in my stomach area. It was pretty much right on that line that some people call sex lines that lead down to your junk. I'm not sure of their real name. Anyway, it was right on top of that crease about an inch to the side of my hip bone. It literally felt like someone just pinched the skin right there really hard. I checked to make sure it wasn't my shorts or something pinching but it wasn't. I waited a few minutes and tried to squat again. After about 3 reps I felt the same thing. There isn't a mark or anything. Anyone ever experience this or have any idea what might have caused it? It pretty much ruined my leg workout and I was stuck just doing leg curls and random leg machines for the rest of the workout. I don't want this to ruin my workout again....any insight would be much appreciated.
