Monday 8.1.05 Start of max o/t week10
Chest (done at work)

Barbell bench 135x10 225x5 295x1 315x1
40 minute delay due to having to go to minor car crash
315x1 again 335x1 345x1 350x1 315x3 295x3

Not a max o/t day. I had intended to hit the flat, inclines, and dips real heavy but the workout time got interrupted. Oh well, just added weight to see where my max was at. 350 came up slow and steady but it took 5-10 seconds to fully lock it out. Glad I was benching in the power rack as I had no spotter....

Blaming it on the spooter ;), nice workouts

He fricking tried to take my bench away with all my stuff laying on it. I said "hey since your trying to become a part of my workout, do you think you can hand me that 120." He said yup, but had difficulty, and then walked away as he was spotting me. I almost throat punched him at the water fountain, oxygen thief :(

Tuesday: back and biceps
Pullups bwx6 40x6 70x2 100x6 105x3
Bent rows 225x6 315x4 365x6
Seated rows 285x6 295x6
EZ bar curls 115x4 165x6 (easier than last week)
Concentration curls 55x6

Short and sweet, about 45 minutes. I'm out of all creatine and other supps but got a good workout in anyway, don't let supps be your crutch :D

Thursday: shoulders and traps

DB militaries 45x10 60x5 80x3 100x4 120x6 125x3
DB laterals 75x6 95x6
DB rear raises 85x6 120x6
Barbell shrugs 405x10 495x6 585x6 675x3

Good workout, increased on mp's - finally broke the 120 barrier for myself. Shrugs were disappointing, skipped them last week and it showed this week. Could barely hang on to 675.

Sword, I'm not anti-supp by any means. I am going to streamline what I'm taking and I really enjoyed that supplement article you wrote (I think it was you, or may have been Brego, can't remember - perhaps I need a memory supplement)
I've been on creatine for a long time, and been off for about a week but still have made good strength gains. All I meant was don't think you can't get a good session just because you're out of Super-hydrating-cell-exploding-kre-alkylephedrinizing-wonderjuice :D

Workout over due to brush fire

Evening cardio: treadmill 15 minutes/10%/3.5 mph

Great bench day, up 5 lbs on my max from last week. I'm liking this shizz. No creatine this week either. I'm putting in an order tomorrow and hopefully I can hit 360/365 next week.

Update: No update :D

I've been down in New Orleans all month working and won't be back home till late October. No chance to workout other than pushups and crunches, may try to get in some running.
Eating MRE's :( and 1 hot meal a day and drinking a ton of water. Supps are multi-vitamin and Cipro. This place sucks but I'm glad I'm here.

Hammer dips = hammer strength dip machine. You sit down and push these handles down in a dip ROM. Awesome machine.

I would pay to see someone do a single dip with 450lbs hanging off them, lol.

I did my share of what I can do. We were out at the flight line loading C-130's with equipment to be sent over there.

Oh.. and I can't stand MRE's when we were in the field we ate nothing but MRE's for a MONTH! I sent my family some extra MRE's that I had and they have them saved for hurricanes.
