Okie!
Hv decided to start tis so i can keep track of all mine meals and training.

Just a brief intro about miself:
I'm 24 this year an ectomorph. Hv been on the track for the past few yrs and started gym 3 yrs ago. However just to tone up mine body.

I'm 5'6 , 119 pounds

Tis is mine training schedule:

Mon - chest , bicep , legs
Tue - rest
Wed - shoulder , tricep
Thur - rest
Fri - Back , lat , legs
Sat - Cardio
Sun - Rest

For every muslce group exercise.
There will be 4 different exercise with 4 sets including warm up
There reps r as follows : 15 10 8 6
Duration : 1.5hr

Hv started taking supplements like:
multivitamin
protein powder
creatine
amino
zma
vit E & C

Diet - Abit screw up cos i am still in army. Will try to get things done ASAP.
Will need some help on tis ..

Hv read mani articles in bb.com and it stated tat mine various intake should be as follows:

calories = *15 - 20
proteins = * 1 - 2
carbs = *2.5 - 3.5
fat = * 0.3 - 0.4

Just to ask .. which number should i * with mine weight(119)
I am aiming to gain 13pounds in a month time. Possible?

Why don't you do:

Chest/Shoulders/Tris

Back/Bis

Legs

The most MUSCLE you can gain in a week is about 1.5 pounds, if everything is done correctly. So, 13 pounds of muscle is impossible.

13 lbs in a month is asking a lot. 1-2 lbs/week is usually the norm. Of course if you're just starting creatine, you might be able to do it, b/c it adds a bit of water weight. Good luck!!
