I just got a memebership and I am looking for a 5-day split. I have little experience in working out but I am in decent shape because I have played sports and done cardio.
I weigh about 170 lbs and I am 6'2" I was wondering what would be a good 5 day split for a newbie trying to add some size but not add on a lot of wiehgt. I will still do cardio a couple times a week also...

I would love any help...

A four day split would probably be better than a five day split.
