What are some good exercises for this? How many sets/reps should i do? What kind of stretches?

This is a great rotator cuff article.
This one is a more up to date take on scapular stability as a major reason for most shoulder dysfunction.
Might as well give this a reas as well. Lots of rock solid info in all of these.
