Heyyy this is going to be my personal cutting journal after a about a 9-10 week lay off and jsut recently started some running ive gotten bigger(added muscle and some fat) so im cutting now!

Well since istarted the creatine my muscles are a fuller even if it is water i dont mind
I weighed myself on my scale said im 220 in underwear only my gym scale the next day said i was 211 with shoes and all after my work out.. .. i know you shouldnt weight yourself but now i know my scale is ****ed!
I had a nice workout uppped my wieght on squats! felt good !!
Was Calf Raising 285 for 2x14 nice and sore now! and also done some light Bi/Forearm work just light stuff! done 10 mins of HIIT on the exercise bike and checked out some suppps
Ive decided*happy face:)* im going to buy WPI again cause i ot hte MONEY finally! so im etting more AST's Vanilla WPI and im also buying Ast Dymetadrine Xtreme! heards its good stuff not as good as a ECA stack but a coffee with two or so tabs and a aspriin same thing iguess! if anyone can tell me about dymetdrine extreme it would be appreciated!
My Legs are comming along nicely when theyll be shredded i cant wait too see em!
Cutting is a bitch but least im getting some supps eh!

Tell us the exercises/sets/reps/weight.
Yay i got some VP2 WPI and some Dymetdrine Xtreme im thinking of stopping creatine too any thoughts?
