Yo - you might want to simply click Reply in just one thread, instead of starting a new thread for every workout. Otherwise youll have ****loads of threads running here ;) One ongoing thread is much easier to follow.

Sorry i didnt know i also didnt think anybody would wanna just read one great big long thread but i will do tht,it will be alot easier instead of several journal entries,but yes i will do tht.

-since i dont like skull crushers i will add close grip benches again nxt time.
Curl Bar Curls(not sure if it ws an ez bar i dont think so.The curl bar weighs 25 pounds so these poundages will be off a bit.
75x10,105x10,115x7
Incline Dumbbell Curls
60x10,70x6,70x7
Preacher Curls
85x10,105x6,95x6
wht kind of ovehead extensions do u do Shane?I felt dead on preacher curls too,lol

Day 4 (could hve been better but not bad)
Barbell Rows

form ws off A little bit i accidently rowwed the weight to my chest but quickly corrected that.I think i bent over a bit much a couple of times but its been awhile since i did this exercise
Cable Rows
100x10,120x8,150x5(will decrease the weight nxt time.)Do u row with the weight when u do them or do u stay upright?
PullDowns

Everything is under the day 5 thread spytech but i cant delete the others due to the threads being closed,but its all under tht one.

I do double-handed above the head triceps extensions.

Thanks,i started increasing my weight with those i used the 75s and 80s and like u by nxt week i am going to try the 90s.
