Day 4 (could hve been better but not bad)
Barbell Rows

145x10,155x6,155x7u,145x8

form ws off A little bit i accidently rowwed the weight to my chest but quickly corrected that.I think i bent over a bit much a couple of times but its been awhile since i did this exercise

Cable Rows

100x10,120x8,150x5(will decrease the weight nxt time.)Do u row with the weight when u do them or do u stay upright?

PullDowns

110x10,130x10,140x6

Wall Crunches
