just so you know in less then a month i WILL have you in pressing strength.


you are bulking and im on like the 12th week of cutting... when I bulk you will be destroyed.

12 rep deadlifts with 1 min breaks :eek: thats gotta kill.... but yeah becuase once you bulk ill be cutting otherwise we would be around the same..atleast i hope so.....originally i was going to bulk around 200 lbs and im at like 195 now and i dont wanna give up the good gains i mean how much longer will they come for??

Watched Million Dollar Baby last night... GREAT movie, but sad... it even got to me..

also, I think I am going to buy a jump rope. Great form of exercise and tons of benefits from what I read.

did my 3 mile cross country run today... went really well. No shin splints at all.. felt loose the whole way, made it up all the hills relatively easily. Maybe it is time to add some distance.

How do u do sets of 10 on deads? I'd need a nap after that or something. 5 reps is more than enough for me with deads. 3 sets of 10 with 1 min rest is amazing.

In my last workout, I worked up to 95X8 with good form and I think I had more in me but I dont have perfect form yet. Youre prolly gonna improve form too so weights will go up. I know your kinda close to wheelies strength and he does 205 on them

Yeah slowly progress the GMs and make sure you keep good form.

At my peak strength like 8 months ago, I was able to do 135 x 6. I got 95 x 9 today, but it wasn't close to failure.

$2.13/hour.... haven't gotten anything on my paycheck this year... all goes to taxes + medical

With tips I average 17-18$/hour...... no taxes:p

And my job can be pretty enjoyable.... most hostesses are smokin hot

I got thrown out of O'Charleys earlier this summer for making sexual gestures towards a hostess :D. It wasnt even me!! It was my friend, but we all had to leave anyway.

Did my 3 mile jog today. Thermometer said 97 degrees when I passed it. Still made it hte whole way fairly easily... even on EC.

I never bring water with me, never have. My dad does the run too at age 57 and has never brought water.

I think you undersetimate the weights you should be using, are you supposed to get 8 reps? I would go damn heavy the first set, then drop the weight but I dont know how this program works :D

yep this week I am supposed to get 8 reps... however I don't know if im supposed to go heavy at first and keep dropping the weight... the program really doesn't explain it.

In all honesty, I am going to finish this program but don't plan on doing it again.... just not my thing.

Wow, Ive lost about 25-30lbs. Heaviest I weighed 196...today I weighed 169. :o But Im also dehydrated and didnt eat much yesterday, will probably be back up to 171 tommorow

I think a 9-pounds loss is pretty good, summers only been on for about 10 weeks, so thats like 1 pound a week lost. Thats what most bodybuilders shoot for (except me cause im a fat-ass)

Good little break Brego...I did that the last 3 weeks, well didnt eat what I wanted, but never followed my diet and only ran 2-3 times a week tops. Never gained anything.

the new plan is probably a very good idea for you, after my cut last year, I trained 1-2x a week and ate as much peanut butter i wanted right out of the jar, for 2 weeks straight, because i was all depressed as a result of decreased test and other such things, well wouldnt you know, the week after that i didnt even experience any fat gain :D so its all good. The moral is, you have to eat PB straight out of the jar to be truly happy.

Update:

I am switching to a narrower grip for bench pressing... shoulder width grip. I watched Paul Sr. from American Chopper bench 405 pretty easily and he used a narrow grip.

My triceps are pretty strong so I think it may boost my bench once I get used to it.

nose is better today... i was already congested and having sinus problems, so that is what makes it hard to breath. My lip took the brunt of the blow I can see now.

There will be some sort of payback in the future... I know who one of the guys is....not personally but i know of him...

How are you? How is the lifting going. Pretty good here. Just back after a week off. School is going well too. There are some hot biatches that sit around me in one of my classes.

As to your question, I am not sure what I weigh right now. Last time I weighed myself I was at 172. I have not weighed myself lately so therefore I simply cannot tell you what I weigh. Perhaps I can go around to all the people in my apartment complex and ask them if they have a scale I can use.

As to your second, and extremely important question, the DB militaries were quite easy actually. I could have even used more weight, but I was slacking that particular span of minutes, and stayed with the 60s. Next week I can assure you that I will use heavier weight!

I hope these answers have enlightened you. I truly respect your opinion and without your friendship on these forums, I am not sure I could make it in the real world.

Usually people that are cutting know a general weight they are, Im sure he was just being a dick and wanted to act like he was mad that he got his ass whooped. I know I weigh between 160-165 right now... he could have had an estimate.
