Hi, Im 17 weigh 126lbs, im 6" 2 and wish to build muscle up. Ive been on here for a while and in my first two weeks had some great gains and really enjoyed it but after that i became very inconsistent and really want to get back in it. I feel i wasnt so great last time as i tried to write a blog daily about what i ate what i lifted etc with no readers no support, so im starting a thread here
I know Im Very skinny thats why im here to change that, this is the first step to the beginning of my life changing journey
I hope to update it daily and certainly plan to as i will be 'bodybuilding' daily. In order to make this a success this time I plan to have two goals and write them down here so everyone can see and hopefully show everyone I can do it.
This may sound stupid but if I dont update this for a day or two please PM me or reply asking why i havnt updated so I get emails and kinda remind myself to keep working and theres people out there to support me.
Thanks for taking the time out to read this, Im sure there will be negativity and what not but im sure I can handle it
Goal 1: Get to the average weight for my height and age, around 150lbs
Goal 2: By the time College comes around next year I want to be much bigger in size and pretty 'ripped'. Im sure you know what i mean. That is around September 2007.
Thanks for the support and I hope I can gain good solid muscle. I plan on posting a relaxed and tensed picture weekly (will post one today) and weigh myself at 5pm every thursday when applicable.

i'm not sure if you have a workout program?
but you may want to look into the Rippetoes program... here... http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=998224
i am also very thin (not as thin as you tho it seems :p) but i'm getting some good results from this, you could find it very helpful.
the guide is very detailed, have a look!

haha, if you can do it, then more power to ya!
let me stress that proper nutrition and adequate rest are just as important as the actual training.
read all the sticky's in the nutrition section, and just get as clued up on the nutrition aspect of bodybuilding, an im sure you will see tremendous results.

Ya I agree with daydreamerX, I struggle with my appetite but when I can't eat anymore I drink alot of milk, probably 3/4-1 gallon a day now. And yes STICK TO COMPOUNDS you really should go on Starting Strength like Mangekyou said, you will gain way more on that than any other program out there.

Stick to DB bench press, DB rows, pushups, DB shoulder press, tricep extensions. You can also do lunges, DB split squat, over DB squat, 1-leg stiff-leg deadlift, DB upright rows...

Personnally, I don't think you will really grow on that kind of workout. You need to lift big and compounds movements to really grow, especially at your weight !!
