Monday:


Chest and Tri day. Did this a little different today, felt good.

Good points

-incline dumbell press was explosive, It felt great, and strong


Bad points

-my flat bench is getting worse, something needs to be done.


Tuesday:


Cardio: I blew this up today, 6mph for 27 minutes, this is a big improvement, I need to get faster though. My goal will be 7mph for 30 minutes.


Wednesday:


Back and biceps: Did this way different and loved it.

Started off with dumbell military press, was great, my last set was killing me, my deltoids were on fire.

Started doing bent over rows, I like them, I had to do low weights because it was awkward at first but I think this is a definite addition to my workout

Thursday:


Cardio: This was extremely horrible today, 6mph for 16 minutes is not going to get me into the Marines. Since I wasn't doing good with the run, I decided to switch over to HIIT, even though I shouldnt have. 7 minutes of HIIT, I felt beat after the run, I need to assess my running.

Cardio: 29 Minutes @ 6mph treadmill

Was dying at 20 minutes, really had to push for the last 9 but broke through reguardless.

Note: March 20 I will start running at 6.5mph for all cardio sessions.

Just tested my urine for ketones and was positive.

The test said light purple was small amounts and dark purple were large amounts. My test was Dark purple.


Let's see what happens =p

Ketosis in full effect, diet is difficult imo, I feel hungry even after I just ate.

Treadmill: 18 minutes 6mph (noticed 10 minutes into the run that I was extremely tired......reason??? The treadmill was at an incline, whoops)
