What’s up everyone? This is my Journal as I take AvantLab's Ab-Solved. Let me give you a little background about myself. I am 20 years old and in College. I played football in high school for a couple years, then quit. However, I continued to take Weight Training classes. I was mostly worried about increasing my strength until my junior year. I wanted to become cut, but I really did not know that much about cutting until THIS year. So when I came to college my freshman year, I continued to work out... I did a lot of cardio to cut down my body fat, but I was not happy with the rate I was going.

Since January, I have been visiting bodybuliding.com and learning from articles and this forum. I was excited to see the product for Ab-Solved, can purchased it from BB's store (Great service).

Day 1 (March 03, 2004):
I got it in the Afternoon and I wanted to test the effects immediately. So I put it on around 9PM and went about my business. Around 12AM, I could see a slight difference. The smell is not as bad as I heard.

I am using the product too and think it does work. I would suggest using it in the morning and then again right after you shower after your workout. I think it absorbs into the skin alot better right after a shower because your pours are open. And I agree that the smell isn't that bad. Plus the smell is gone after a few minutes. The biggest thing is getting your hands clean afterwards and if you have a cut on your hand be careful because that stuff will burn big time if it gets into a cut...I learned the hard way!

Of course be sure to work out hard and have your diet in check for maximum results.

Best of luck!

Thanks a lot man.
Yes I have changed my diet completely. I don't even eat fast food anymore (unless it's one or two slices of pizza at some social event). This morning I used it right after the shower and I could feel it tingle/burn on my skin. Last night I didn't use it after a shower and I could feel the difference.

I'm going to make some suggestions. Follow them if you wish.

On Monday: Do all of the chest exercises, then do all of the tricep exercises. Get rid of the flyes, and just do flat barbell bench, incline dumbell bench, and leaning forward dips. Also get rid of the crossovers. For triceps do skull crushers, close grip bench press, and get rid of the exercises you have now. I don't know how effective pull overs are; you can do them if you want to.

On Tuesday: Get rid of the adductors. This isn't an option. Just do regular barbell squats, stiff legged deadifts, leg press, and calf raises.

On Thursday: Do military press, then side laterals, then bent over laterals, then the shrugs.

On Friday just do deadlifts, bent over barbell rows, pull ups, barbell curls, and hammer curls.

I hope this helps. If you have any questions, just ask or PM me.

Yeah I am going to alter it some more... the only problem is that my school's "gym" is a crappy fitness center. I am lucky to have even the few things to work on.

Every exercise I suggested involves free weights, a bench, or a bar for pull ups.

Alright, I decided not to make any post until I was finished with the bottle of Ab-Solved. I have to say that, this product really works. I have went from a 34 waist to a 31 1/2 waist. I have been working out so hard the past couple years on my abs, it is great to see them come out so greatly. I think a bottle of Lipoderm Ultra should finish off and I will be too happy... It has just been great guys!
