I lift 4 days a week last week i added a lil more weight on my curl bar at the gym and i felt my right forearm pull. It hurts to touch i gave it a good week before i tried again. And i pulled the muscle i asked my coach to check it. I'm just wondering how long will i take to heal, and how long should i give it before i hit the weights again.
