I'm quite new to bodybuilding and would really like to track my performance as well as possible. I have been searching the web for some decent tracking software to assist me in tracking my progress. Although a lot of results is returned when searching for this on the web, unfortunately all the sites want you to commit to paying a subscribing fee without even an inkling of what is going to be delivered.

The best software that I have been able to locate is ExerTrack located at http://www.exertrack.com I would appreciate it if some of our more exoerienced members can point me in the right direction.

Just post your workouts in this journal. Then we will make comments on it while you progress, and your workouts will always be here for you to view.

Bump, this place is best to do it in. But I think this should be in a different forum.

Not to mention posting here is free.
