Hey guys, I recently missed my morning cardio session this morning because i felt like shiit! I usually do cardio everyday first thing in the morning for 55 mins. Is this going to mess me up for my contest? Thanks

It really depends on your body and your needs. But, 2 weeks out your gonna feel like **** alot so dont make it a habit.

You can't get it back, so move forward.
There are far worse things that can happen during contest preps.
Stay focused.

WOW what a SIK post!!!
I am truly impressed with these words- dont dwell on what you cant change, instead focus on things you can....

Nope, wont mess you up- my trainer once told me that the closest person to death wins the show LOL... but really, the last couple of weeks are dreadful, you feel like youre DYING (literally)- you just have to push through that and get your workouts done... Find something else to focus on (like watch a good movie during your sessions) or write in a journal (Ok maybe thats 'gay' but trust me, it totally works)
Good luck to you!

Suck it up. Winners don't dwell, they do. Make it up and forget it.

you'll be fine. One minor setback won't kill you, and even 20 minutes in the afternoon is better than none at all, empty stomach or no. i've read you should always have at least 10 g of BCAA's or a protein shake prior to cardio, so you could try that. you have a good attitude--you'll be fine. good luck at your comp.
