A bit of info about me:
I got to college full time, work as a delievery driver for about 15 hours a week, and i am bouncer on Thur,Fri and some Sat night. So when do I find time to work out??? Gotta set it aside my friend. And sometimes it hard to do.... sometimes impossible ;=)~

Stats:

* Age: 26 (just turned!!!)
* Sex: Male
* Height: about 6'7''
* Weight: 228
* Body type: Ecto
* Est. BF% : 6~8%

Current supplements:
GNC Mega Men , 100% ON Whey(ran out getting some soon), Fish Oils , Cinnamon , G.Biloba

I like the effect off BAM... So I thought... lets run 2 months of JW to see how it does. I started using JW on Apr 15 and I have had 2 workout with it....

UPDATES/INFO THAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

Finals are comming up soon... I'll be hella busy... also, I am getting my wisdom teeth pulled on the 3rd of next month and probably be out of it for about 3~5 days. Then on the 14~19 of May i'll be out of town to vist my buddy in AZ... in other words I might not be able to get to a good gym and along with some drinking while I am down there... This will be a 2 month log and I will post about 2~5 times a week. Just depending on how things go.

Wend-Legs-First Day of legs in awhile

Smith Machine Squats(Deep) - 3 sets of 12 at 225
Single leg Quads - 2 sets of 10~12 at 120
Calf Rasies (Seted) - 2 sets of 15 at 90
Standing Calfs - 2 sets of 10 at 275

DOMS... thats all I gotta say. The deep squats did it... good things I didn't do hams... I would have been dead.

Stopped doing legs because 3 weeks ago hurt my knees with bad FORM on a machine... don't ask, my knee is double jointed. Then broke my pinky toe last week ;=)~

DOMS OWN ME RIGHT NOW... Took Thur off and gonna push everything forward a day.

Sorry for week update... I been to bust to post... Workout have been going as planed though... So I haven't missed any day or pills so EVERYTHING is good.

Felt good today... NO ONE was in the gym so I could but Rap on the radio and no one could change it... Noticed the 5 sets on squats... Gotta love it.. Helped me get the extra 2 sets in... I felt like doing seated calf to just burn everything out... I didn't make a count... high teens I would guess... I am waiting for a feeling that I got from BAM... Not feeling it yet... But I can't say that JW ISN"T working... We'll see...

Last week was finals... A quick 24 hour flu... Then gettin' my teeth pulled... I got in the gym today to get some body going again... Nothing to big just missed a week and tryin' to recomp this week.

Overall a good workout... Forgot to talk about ABS ... I got 2 sets of 30 on the crunch machine

Felt better today... still behind because I got sick/finals/teeth... Still kinda recoving. Bad day in the gym... Lost alot of strenght from the 24 hour flu and my teeth. So 4~2 mean "rest pause" set... I could get my normal reps today... Then with my incline today 75 didn't feel right so I drop it 5 pounds after the first set....but I hit almost everything I wanted to hit. I hope things get better soon

Posted a 2 in one... Right now I am in AZ guys visiting a friend so SOME of my work out has changed because of lack of machines and such. The highest DB is 75 pounds but I haven't tried to find a different gym... my buddies gym is at his school so I can get in for free, and who doesn't like free right??? Take care guys...gotta enjoy this sun alittle bit!!!

Supersets are marked with letters.Felt good working out on a smith machine for once! Normal I over look it because my gym has large incline to it. This one was a bit stright with a very small angle of incline to it. They didn't have a wide grip bar for lat pulls so my number are down because of that. Also, I DONT know the weight of the Smith machine bar... Sooo I would like to assume 15~25... but i'm not too sure. No back today... but the abs got done !

Had a good workout... I did a bit more than normal on back... extra set on somethings... and I normaly don't do T-bar row, but I was feelin' good to get back in my own gym. You can pretty much ASSUME Back&Ab machine IS done EVERY workout. I wont post it... because I don't really change it up.

Not sure about the JW yet... not sayin' its a bad product.Just not noticing a change in things, but then again I was sick and my teeth where pulled... So for about 2 weeks I wasn't working out 100%. NOT SAYING ANYTHING BAD ABOUT JW... I just wish I didn't have these factors in play. When the next bottle is gone.. I can give a TRUE thought about things.

Side note on BB Bench... did it in about 15 mins... FLEW though the sets. I notice with JW I am a BIT more touchy. I few things have pissed me off that normaly DON'T so I have been watchin' out about that. I do feel a bit better. I should update with the weight soon. Probably on Monday. I'll try to update 2~3 times a week now... Summer classes just started and it isn't gonna be easy learning SQL and Top Level Mang. !!!

My Bad, COLLEGE still gets to me. Sorry guys. Anyway.... I will keep it to about 2~3 post a week now... Just gettin' hard with these last 4 classes. 2 in the summer and 2 in the fall.

THIS WORKOUT WAS DONE FRI

Anywho, felt like dumbbells today. I was pressed for time and wanted a good pump at least and I knew if I messed around with BB I would finsh. Workout was good and done in about 30~45 mins. Around that time

I would like to say I notice a difference with JW now... I don't think I have gained size, BUT I have noticed an increase in sex drive and agression. ;=) So around 1.5 months I noticed it happening!!

A back day was done between this... Soooo it look kinda strange with 2 Bench logs... but thats how it goes sometime.

Felt fairly well tonight... I had work before I worked out so I was a bit tired. The workout was somewhat intense, but could have been better. JW is doing its job.

Good workout... Not bad on the bench. But couldn't focus on it too well in the gym.This one lady that come in .... man, I don't wanna tell this horror story... Anywho. Been TOOO busy at work/college. Just can't find the time to post the logs. I'm tryin' from day to day to post everytime this week comming up. Finsh the log out strong....

Only 2 workouts... A back and bench day... Lets talk about the bench day. Just like the last workout. Felt good even though I was REALLY tired. Strength was well... Bi's also felt great!!!! Incline felt good also... and decline was strong after Bench and Incline was done.

Back... REAL STRONG... got 290 with a bit of a spot on the last lat pull... again. Everything was strong.

Might toss another one up on sunday.

I truly sorry for not posting this review on time. So let get it started.

Strength: 8 out of 10... I was expecting more strength than I had before, but it wasn't the case. It was beyond normal though. I would have liked to take BAM for 2 months instead.

Recovery: 6 out of 10... I know this product is not meant for recovery. But I noticed a bit. Not much. Again, something was there!

Size: 9 out of 10 ... PICKED UP SOME SIZE... I haven't weighted myself yet, but I can tell that I have gained some size. No doubt in my mind.

Focus: 7 out of 10 ... Again, I know this wasn't TRULY a focus product. But with a since of well being in mind I gained a bit of focus.

Irritability: 10 out 10 ... I for the most part am a easy going person, but sometime I would flip out a bit. Nothing too bad, but it was a bit out of the normal.

SEX: 10 out of 10 ... I was a bit more in the mode. So I had an extra workout if ya know what I mean.

Overall a good product. **** is a good company for test booster in my book. I have not tried any of there preworkout products or CEE pills but I know I can trust them when I do a cycle of Test to creatine. **** picked me for a BAM log and I enjoyed it!!!

Last note, I HATE TAKING PILLS !!! But for **** I can "handle" it without losing my mind. In my mind JW would be for someone that JUST got off a bulk stack and look to gain lean muscle mass. For us skinny guys stick with 2 months of BAM. Maybe **** could come out with a NO product to go with there Test boosters or put it in the pills?? Selenium/Arg. combo???My final thoughts of 2 good products.
