Currently taking San V12, San Ox, Max Muscles, Max Nitro, On 100% whey and Max Muscles High 5. Strength and Endurance are out of this world. I have a clean diet currently on last cycle of Bulking.
Stats on November 8, 2003
weight 171
Flat Barbell Bench 235x8
Incline DB press 85x10
Hammer Strenght decline 250x12
Chins BW =12-15 Reps
Lat Pull downs=230
DB rows=75x12
Squats=350x10
Stats on Week 14 of 16 week Bulk; February 23, 2004
BODYFAT ON FEB 23= 16%

Flat Barbell Bench 285x8
Incline DB press 110x10
Hammer Strenght decline 300x12
Chins BW +35lb =12-15 Reps
Lat Pull downs=270
DB rows=100x12
Squats=415x10

Wow, it looks like you made some nice gains there... and that's a pretty solid looking stack too. Keep it up

For the weeks 1-8, I took Max Muscles 1 Test. ( I know I am not 21, my first ph cycle) the same proteins, and 4 ad. Gained an even 20lbs, some water weight though)
For weeks 8-12 I started San V12, San Ox, Max Nitro, Same proteins, and 6 oxo.
12- to current are posted above
My diet looks like this
Breakfast=4 egg whites, 1 yolk, 1 cup oatmeal, and a protein shake. (sometimes i substitute oatmeal for speacial k)
midmeal=protein shake and bannanna
lunch=8oz chiken breast, salad (just the green, no dressing), Green beans and carrots.
pre workout=protein shake with bannana(sometimes i will just have an mrp)
post workout=46g of On 100% protein, 1 cup of oats, and a 16oz of lemon lime gatorade.
dinner=Tuna or Salmon, baked potatoe, and salad
Before Bed I take 2 servings of High 5.

that sounds goodo simplyripped. I commend people like youreself who can stick to good food. I use to do the chicken breast thing but man just cant stomache that anymore........

Hey I worked in a restaurant 3 years. Well, i learned how to marinate chicken in severval ways that were healthy
Look up recipes on line, two of my all time favorites are lemon chicken and orange chicken, or try throwing it in a vegetable dish. I know what you mean by not being able to stomache it. It can get old, substitue chicken with a lean steak sometimes.

I must confess I am hopeless also! I hate cooking....my wife is a bad cook.....and I dont like eaty crappy food. I dont get heaps of time to get to s restaurant and eat a steak even though I do try.......I also live in Japan and the food is very average.....sure Sushi and Sashimi may be appealing to some people at first but living over here for so long I hate the site of it. I miss the good quality good back in Australia.....
oh well piss and moan.......

Hey man cheer up, I have some friends in the military that live there and they tell me they miss american food, well my best advice would be if you have the time go to a cooking class at night maybe twice a week.

Remember fellas, its all about time, committment, and lifestyle, but do have social life. Training is just what you gotta do to achieve success. Stay motivated, getting big takes time, I started lifting weights back in late August 2002. Started when i just turned 18, now 19 and bigger than ever.

Bodyfat 25% to 30% with calipers

The girls i went to high school with that were not to attracted to me in high school that i now see once in a while are like wow your looking real good and big in a good way. Damn you got som big muscles now.

go to maxmuscle.com they have a find a retailer near you search button, they make decent products, I really like their high 5 protein blend, it tastes better than most proteins out there. I like the orange mixed with orange juice and ice.
