load 14-17 carbs every hour or 24-27 carbs every 2 hours.
The point is If you get to many per meal you could spill over and look terrible at contest time

Did my first contest marsh 30 th and here's what I did!

Carb load: I hate one potato per hour (20g of carbs) for 3 days.....and it was perfect!! I was verry afraid when I started it but it has worked so well!!

Depletion: I was on 0 carbs (not even fruits or green veggies) 10 days before my carb load!!

dehydration:
3 days before the show: 18 oz + 10 diuretics during the day
2 days: 8 oz + 12 diuretics during the day
1 day: 6 oz + 16 diuretics during the day
the day of the show: 0 oz (nothing).....except 20 minutes before pumping up: 8 oz of water!!

Don't forget potassium (1000mg / day during dehydration).....or cramping will be painfull!! hahaha
