In all of your 11 or 12 posts only one of them talks about a workout and even that one doesn't say the weight you used. There is a post your picture section if you want your pictures critiqued. You will see better answers there.

You will see better answers there. I don't have any pictures that need critiqued yet. The ones I have are really old. Plus, someone said this is the place to have your diet critiqued to. I had this all in the Teen section and I was told to come here with it, so I did.
