Whenever I do bicep curls of any moderate weight (for me, 20 lbs or more) My elbow on my right arm pops and hurts quite a bit. I'm not sure how to describe where it is, but I'll try: pretend like you're doing a bicep curl, and it's in between the bump closest to the side of your body and the main elbow bump. It is limiting my progress. Any ideas? Are my weights too heavy or something? I can do about 10 reps with them. Also, this hurts when I do tricep work as well.
