I am going to compete in a show around christmas time. I feel like my development is ready, and it is a small local show in Chicago. So I dont think Ill be too out of my league. But I need a little help on the dieting aspect. Is it nesacery for me to do 45m. of cardio twice a day? I hope not. My question is where can I go or talk to to help me set up a plan of action specific for my needs and bodytype. And not some moron telling me to lower my cals and Ill lose weight. Is their a certain regimine and foods I need to stick with when dieting? And how much should I lower the cals to maintain muscle?
