my buddy works for mrs. bairds and gets it for free. only question is which one is optimal? or are the differences so negligible it really doesn't matter?
buttered split top wheat
100% whole wheat
honey wheat
100% whole grain wheat

Neither. All breads from Mrs. Bairds are made from EB flour, and they all contain HFCS.

Agree. Free isn't worth it.
