this will help me keep track of my progress..and hopefully help me stay dedicated..tomorrow morning it starts..
9 am plyometrics
5pm upper body

Why are you working out twice a day?

just for today i planned on workin out twice... is this bad to do every now and then as long as i get proper rest?..anyways thanks for ur input
had a good workout at 1 and at 5...
tomorrow plyometrics.. hopefully at 9.. if not.. at 5pm

It can be hard on the body to workout twice a day. Just don't do it to frequently.
Post everything you did so we can comment on it. :)
