Max Now:
Bench: ~170
Parallel Squat: ~ 250
DeadLift: ~330


Goals for June 15-ish:
Bench: 190
Parallel Squat: 275
Deadlft: 365

Goals for August 15-ish:
Bench: 205
Parallel Squat: 295
DeadLift: 385

Goals for August 15-ish 2005:
Bench: +250
Parallel Squat: +400
Deadlift: +450

Lets see if I can hit those, playing three sports and finding time to lift is tough

Oh yeah, I'm doing this without creatine or any of that stuff
