Anyone here competing on March 13 in Covington? This will be my first show (watching). I started lifting a year ago. I can't wait to see what the Greater Cincinnati area has to offer as far as muscles go. I hope some of you bb's will post here. Tell us about yourself, your contest preparation, competitive history, etc. I admire anyone who has the body and the courage to pose onstage.

I did it last year, was going to do it this year, was getting ready and had to change my plans. It is an awesome show. Last year there were 201 competitiors. I placed 4th by the way in my class.

Congrats on your placing, and it's too bad you won't be back this year.

Hey, best of luck. I am really depressed I am not competing in it this year. Just canceled my reservations last week. Best of luck to you, an awesome show. Go get em, hope you get a big one(trophy that is!!). The backstage facilities are large, you will like it. Lots of room to move, I have been in some where you are cramped in a small pumpup room. Grab some of the candy bars quick!! LOL...
