to start with
i must say that i am not a pro bb
some might not even counsider me a bb

however i do enjoy lifting wights and pumping the iron.

i am a student that is tring to make it to wall street and my school scedual does not allow me too much time for life or bb.

my weekly routine consists of 3 workouts, 2 whights 1 cardio. i belive that this is a good way to stay in shape while straggeling with school.

monday.
chest/delt/tri
bench press (bar)
Incline press(bar)
cable cross over
clean and press
trisept pushdown

i do 2 warm up sets and 3 work sets. i try to rest as little as posible(between sets) (45-50s) because time=money

friday
back/trap/bycipt/squat
pulldown (to front)
cable rows
machine shrug
deadlift
squat
barbell curl

sunday
cardio run outside 30-40 minutes.
this the best leg work out i can effort,
my legs do not look like match sticks but they don't look huge.
i am about 5'7-5'8 165-172 pounds, and have a six pack so i never do abs.
bf is higher then 10.

i start journal after feb 16

thank you for reading this

Good job starting a journal. Would you consider lifting three days a week and running on the off days? Even though you are busy, you can probably still find the time to run if you really want to.

maybe

i can probably run 2 a week, but lifting 3 times a week is almost imposible, if i have a break from school i do manage to work out 3 times a week (legs/ calf)

i mean its fun working out and i love getting a pump, but you can't have everything in life...

btw thanks for reading
