only way is to get on a different I.P, so maybe switch to someone elses wireless network. Maybe try using different proxy servers to block ur ip. most proxies i've tried are slow tho.

I'm assuming all 5 files are just video files and you play one after the other. Id like this though and dont have a premium RP account and dont want to wait all damn day to dl it. If someone could help me out, reps.

when i download them they are all RAR files i think you need to extract them into one file or soemthig rite? they dont play on there own i still have to download the 5th one tho

The video file should be in the rar file. Then just extract them all. I dont think you have to make them into one big file. I dont know why they wouldnt play on their own.
I found a torrent but its extremely slow. Trying to DL it now.

dang this always happens but i think you have to have a program to do it

What are you talking about? rar files are just like zip files. Just save the files to disk, open the rar file, and extract the files.

i saved it to my documents and its not giving me the option to zip anything or play just says its unknown which program it works with and you gotta search the internet thing

Sometimes when people archive files, they make it where you need a password. The pass for the files was posted in the first post of this thread.
Its "bodybuildingpt" without the ""
