Hey bros...I was in the gym yesterday doing deadlifts and was using freehands. I get a better grip since its my first lift and my hands are still pretty clean and dry. Well, yesterday I ripped open a callouse (sp?) on my hand on my 2nd set so of course, the rest of the days workouts were somewhat "modified" as my hand was killing me.
I can use gloves but it still hurts and will still tear at my callouses and prefer free hand as I can get a better grip but don't want to keep slicing my hands open.....any ideas?
