3 week change ups.......

Mon: Legs
Tues: Back/Bi's/Straight deads
Wed: off/cardio
Thursday: Chest/tri's/shoulders
Friday: Legs
Sat: off/cardio
Sun: off/cardio

Week 2:

mon: Chest/tri's/shoulders
tuesday: Back/bi's/deads
wednesday: off/cardio
thurs: legs
friday: chest/tri's/shoulders
sat: off/cardio
sun: off/cardio

Week 3:

Mon: back/bi's/deads
Tues: legs
wed: off/cardio
thurs: chest/tri's/shoulders
fri: back/bi's/deads
sat: off/cardio
sun: off/cardio

Each thing gets worked 2 times a week, you keep rotating....

This has worked VERY well for me, I picked this up out of FLEX mag once......I've stuck with it ever since........

I'm due up for a week or two of full body rest..........

certainly not a conventional way of doing things but hows it been working...

Its been working great, each thing gets worked twice a week.....

The 2 days back to back rest really help you out.........

I would never take anything out of a bodybuilding magazine. But if has been working for you, continue to see you keep getting gains.

Yea, its usually not the thing I look to do, but I modified it slightly.....

Its actually a good split if you think about it, everything gets plenty of recovery........and you start off the new week fresh...
