I am starting a full body routine twice per week starting next week due to time constraints as of late.

Not as huge as I may sound. I'm not very strong either compared to most everyone on here. I plan on progressing with my growth and strength though.
I'll take some measurements later and post 'em.

I just have had a crapload of schoolwork; plus I'm playing basketball and soccer for fun 2-3 days per week. Gotta keep the calories up!
I've never tried a full body before. So this could be interesting. I will probably start it next Monday or Tuesday.

Thanks for your support guys!
I realize that I'm not putting up numbers like the rest of you. However, be assured I put 100% into every set while always maintaining good form. I could easily add 20 pounds or so to every lift while using crap form, but I just can't stand for anything less than perfection.

Bump I agree with you totally, I'm curious to see what your stats are since we are doing the same weight on shoulders. I'm looking forward to seeing you progress, especially if we are similar in size and strength on other lifts.

I've been lifting for roughly two years. Although, until last year I didn't know what I was doing.
I tend to use higher reps for shoulders and legs. :)

I would bro, but my gym actually doesn't have a weighted belt. Bodyweight dips still work ok for me.
Normally I don't do dips, I'll do skullcrushers or CGBP instead but there was about 3 people waiting to use the skullcrusher station when I got in the gym today.

A dip belt hardly costs anything, and you can use them for pull ups and chin ups as well.

They probably do.
But like I said, I don't really need one right now. Just using my bodyweight is intense enough for me. I prefer using higher reps for arms.

Well two weeks ago I was on vacation, but worked out nonetheless, I just couldn't get to a computer to update this.
Last week I forgot to update this on Monday since I had quite a busy day, but worked out after school nonetheless.
I also trained last Thursday, but my computer has been pretty messed up since when I got home that day, so I was busy trying to fix it (still am) and didn't get a chance to.
Like I said though, I'll definitely update it today.

It basically a full body done twice per week. I plan on switching up the exercises every week or so. I'll be sure to always include squat though as I feel they are most important.

I was just saying that it doesn't take much effort to update the journal. You put a lot of effort into your workouts so you might as well show them off.
Also, you are the reason that this section exists. Since you started this section, it just seems logical that you have an updated journal in it.

There is no real split. I'm just trying to incorportate all my bodyparts at least once per week. It all depends on my schedule.
I will not be training legs much though due to soccer starting up again right now. It's club season and this is what's most important for college, so I want to save them for what I will be doing on the field. My legs are in good shape anyways though so no biggie.

I will do them when I can.
It's just that I really need to keep them fresh for soccer since I will be applying to colleges soon and this is the year the colleges will be seeing me. I'm playing 3-4 times per week on average, so it's hard to find times where they will get proper recovery.
Like I said though, whenever I get the chance, I will definitely be training them.

Cool. I play high school soccer on varsity. I don't play for any clubs. I'm dreading when soccer comes around next fall because my leg workouts will suffer a lot. I'm just going to train legs on Fridays, but with a club you probably have games on Saturday and Sunday as well.

No, I'll be a junior. Unfortunately, our team will probably suck. We had one SUPERSTAR player who was a senior, and our only good goalkeeper is also graduating. Soccer isn't one of the more popular sports in my school, people only care about football, basketball, and track.

Yes, I was quite impressed with the academics and the ladies. ;) We got to sit in the stadium on the tour as well.
Everything looked good. There's only two things that worry me though...
1) Location- Gainesville seems to be in the middle of nowhere and a pain in the ass to travel out of.
2) Dorms- I heard that they really suck and are small. Not all of them have AC either.
It's still being considered nonetheless.

Location isn't very good. The main attraction of Gville is that it is 1hr from Jacksonville, 1.5hrs from Orlando and 2hrs from Tampa, as well as being on a major highway (I-75). You can fly into Gville but it is a regional airport and you'll need to fly into Atlanta (Delta) or Charlotte (US Airways) first and connect from there. It took me roughly 5hrs to get to Gville from Miami and Atlanta is about 5hrs away as well (on I-75). However, Gville IS a college campus, bar none!
Some of the dorms need work. To my knowledge there are two dorms that are w/o AC (both located on University Avenue). There are some new dorms out there so, if you opt to go, you may get lucky.
Ohh, and the soccer program is very solid as well. That's a good thing, eh? ;)
It's a great school and I'm sure you'll enjoy getting your noodle wet every so often with the chicks :D x 100

Not So Big- I personally love cable crossovers. I find they hit my chest much better than pec deck or dumbbell flyes.
Here's yesterday's Chest and Shoulder workout.
Flat DB Press
50's for 8
50's for 6
50's for 4
Incline Hammer Machine Press
45's on each side for 10
55 on each side for 6
55 on each side for 5
Incline DB Flyes (cable crossover was occupied )
20's for 12
25's for 9
25's for 6
Seated Machine Military Press
130 for 10
130 for 8
135 for 6
DB Side Laterals
20's for 12
20's for 10
20's for 9

Actually I'm really busy with school, soccer, and lifting nowadays. This is the year when it's most important that I do well since it counts most for college. Only got two B's on my last report card so that's good considering I'm in mostly honors classes.
I'm not a mod at Hardcore anymore due to time constraints, but still visit the site nonetheless.

Well I didn't get kicked off as a mod. I just stepped down since I didn't feel like I could be on the site enough and I don't like doing things half ass. As far as being a mod again, I may consider it in the summer. I didn't get kicked off or anything, it's a great place over there with lots of nice people.
Yeah, grades aren't too bad. I'm taking the SAT's again in June.

Nope. Haven't even applied yet. Only a junior, so I'll be applying this summer and fall.

Thanks man. Things are still pretty busy so I'm still not posting as much. I'll be posting more in the summer. I like doing lateral raises, IDK why, I guess it's because I've gotten some good results with them.
Nice to speak with you Scott. :)

Indeed.
School is good and the warm weather is nice. School starts at 7:20 for me so I just went on before I left since I had some extra time this morning. :)

ah so how the medial heads looking... are you noticably getting wider.... ever since i lowered the weight and upped the reps slightly mine have been getting better... but it also helps to have growing traps for a change...

Looking pretty good. Getting a little wider and seem to be gaining some muscle even while cutting. Almost at a six pack now. :)
I have always found medium reps (6-12) to work best for me.
