I'am a fairly athletic Guy. I've been playing sports since I was a little kid but took time off when it all got too serious.

Since then I've put on a good deal of weight. At one point I was up to 250 pounds (and iam only 5 f'n 8) I've lost 35 pounds though in the past 4 months which iam extremely proud of Through Heavy cardio, low fat, low carbs, and Thermodrene.

My goal is too get under 200 by Mid June (just in time for summer)
However Iam finding it hard to Shed these last 15 pounds , as well as flatten my stomach and chest.

I dont know if anyone else has been in the same spot here but is there any sorta of workout modifications or suppliments you would recommend?

Ps: please explain in lay man terms cause iam still a newbie

Thanks alot!

UNKLE; GOING TO NEED A LITTLE MORE INFO. FOR STARTING CHANGE YOUR PROTEIN TO CARB RATIO 2:1. 2 GMS OF PROTEIN TO 1GM OF CARBS PER BODYWEIGHT. FOR THE FIRST COUPLE OF WEEKS . THEN CHANGE TO 1.5GMS OF PROTEIN ( PER BODY WEIGHT ) VERSES 100GM ON THE CARBS.
DO YOU DO ANY RESISTANCE TRAINING. IF YOU DO TRY SOME GIANT SETS OR SUPER SETS WITH SHORT REST TIME (30 - 60 SEC. ) BETWEEN SETS. HUGOFITT....

I agree, up your protein, but also need to know how much water you are drinking? Water helps with metabolism. It helps flush fat out of the system. You need at least 8 glasses of water a day (plus what ever other liquids you may be drinking).

There is no such thing as spot reduction. If you are like a lot of us, fat deposits easy around the mid section. It goes there first and is the last to leave there. Keep working out, keep lifting and doing cardio, you will see changes. It will not be easy, those last visible traces are always the toughest, but YOU are stronger than it!
