New year - clean page...

meal 1 - 1/2 recovery drink after cardio
1/2 cup egg whites with vegis
1/4 cup ff cheese
1/4 cup oats

meal 2 - lo carb prtn bar
1 cup steamed vegis

meal 3 - 4 oz chicken
3/4 cup applesauce natural

meal 4 - prtn pancakes (2)

meal 5 - 3.5 oz chicken breast
1.5 cups green beans
nuts

meal 6 - 1 cup ctg cheese whipped

total 1370

1.5 cups cucumbers peppers tomatos
slice of avacado

meal 4 - lo carb bar (25 prtn 6 fat)

meal 5 - 3.5 oz turkey burger
slice of f f cheese
1/3 cup ctg cheese

meal 6 - 3.5 oz turkey burger
1.5 cups green beans

Im sick .. Im sad
I ate like crap today high cals... high carbs lots of OJ :(
Ive been working so hard I am so afraid to backtrack in progress..
WHY does this always happen when Im on a roll?
Im so frustrated right now and feeling guilty. I cant stomach ground turkey and vegis when I feel like this.

Here is my day sort of ..in no particular order.

about 4 glasses of juice
saltines about 8
2 prtn pancakes
prtn bar
chicken and vegis
chicken ,corn , salsa, and baked tortilla chips for dinner - very spicy helped my throat.

Yes Im a pig today . Hopefully these antibiotics kick in and I feel better tomorrow. I should have known yesterday I felt soooo weak at the gym but I thought I was being lazy and kept pushing myself as hard as I could.

Ive been ok Emma just a little overtrained and overdieted I think because I got real sick with a lung infection..
My weight is at 121. I finally worked out again today and I feel so much better. I needed a big refeed I think and I kept ignoring it and this is what I got!!
Oh well , the last time that I took 2 weeks off I dropped weight again when I started . Maybe thats what will happen with me this time *fingers crossed* .
Either way at least I healed up within a week . Thats record time for me!!
Im about 4 pounds from my old weight . But I definitely eat a ton more now.

Hi yall !
Ive been missin you guys!
Well, Ive been getting a little confused again about things probably because I am getting impatient!
My weight is 120. Id like it to be 115.
I remember a time where I would be sooooooo happy if my weight was 120. But now I complain and whine again hehe:)
Ive cut my cardio back to 3 days . Not to gain muscle but because my trainer suggested it for my tiredness factor! I still have at leats 3 hours of dance practice so maybe I was overdoin it! We will have to see how everything ends up going. If I gain Ill start a huffin and puffin again! I feel really fat though. Maybe Im bloated .
The good news is if I cut back and maintain I can always add back and it will be a big shock!

MY GOALS FOR TODAY:
1. water - drink lots of it 160z per meal at least!
2. vitamins - take em 2x
3. back shoulders and abs - no cardio!
4. clean eating with lots of vegis!

You have done so well girl! Congratulations!

Just be careful ok - you do NOT need to be back where you were before - too skinny and sickly..! Don't let yourself get sucked back into a cycle of dissatisfaction with your body. Your weight is very healthy at the moment - Keep it that way!!

Good to see! As you say - if you stop seeing results you can always add it back in again.

workout: Went to the gym and hit a wall with low blood sugar.. I felt as though I would pass out!! So I went to the front desk and bought a meal replacement shake, drank it and finished my weights.

meal 2 - meal replacement MRP (at gym)

meal 3 - 3 oz chicken (bite of potato)

ABS
at home still didnt feel to good at gym

meal 4 - prtn bar lo carb
1/2 cup applesauce
sweet potato 15 grams worth
1/2 scoop whey
***************DANCING 3.5 hours***********
meal 5 - 1/3 cup appplesauce

meal 6 - 2 chickn breasts
saladw/ cheese
avacado

OH MY GOD IM STILL STARVING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
but Im stupid to eat more huh?? tomorrow I shall have a high high day because I can tell that I need it.

Ok I ended up eating again!

I do female reviews ... It sucks because my body is always being critiqued by my fellow dancers but half of the time we work with the chippendales so its got its perks!

I was having the same problem a couple of years ago about low blood sugar. A trainer/nurse suggested I have a Protein Shake when I first wake up in the morning and a small glass of orange juice about 30 mins before workout in the morning. This helped big time. Just a suggestion, check your diet. I haven't seen what your 7 day plan is but I believe it can be improved, also the scheduled times you eat (every 2 1/2 to 3 hrs?). I'm sure one of the ladies here would be willing to help you set up something that may work a little better for you. I think this could help with the weight loss you want and also give you that extra endurance for dancing. Keep up the good work, seems as tho you have it pretty much together.

I know I should have eaten (is that a word:) ? ) again before I went to the gym but I didnt listen to my body.
That has been an ongoing struggle for me : BUT Im getting better at it!
Im still working out the tweeks with my seven day plan too, it all gets pretty confusing sometimes for me when to keep pushing myself and when I need a break.

1 . Drink a gallon of water each day.

2. Clean eating - no cheats until high day!!!

3. LOTS of vegis at least two meals a day must contain vegis.

4. Vitamins and glutamine every day!

5. Add 1 extra serving of fat to my diet this week.

6. Cut down on the prtn bars and rely on whole foods instead.

7. Cardio 3 days only!!!!!!!!!! + my dance team practice.
( we will be practicing more this week as we have a show out of town on WED and THURS)

1/3 cup ff cheese

goals: 1. no!! drank 2/3
2. done
3. done
4. done
5. done
6. done
7. cardio 40 min + abs overall a good day.

after not feeling up to par yesterday and taking a rest day with the workouts Im back up to speed today and feelin much better!

meal 1 - 1/2 cup oats
1 cup egg whites
1/4 cup cheese
1/4 cup berries

workout : back shoulders abs

meal 2- scoop whey
1/2 cup brown rice

meal 3 - vegis
chicken breast (add 1 serving of fat , from
brown rice restuarant and not as clean as I
hoped)
meal 4 - 2 cups green beans
prtn bar
a few almonds



meal 5 - large sald
6 oz chicken breast

meal 6 - 1 cup lo carb milk
1 tbsp peanut butter..

I AM STARVING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just took my temp and its 97.8
That is sooo high for me Im happy! It means my metabolism is higher . Its usually 96!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Im going to have to up my carbs a bit because I keep running out of fuel and getting lo blood sugar crashes at the gym.. It scares me.

I need to redo my program and include some higher carb days...

I got my antibiotics and Im feeling better again but I think Ill wait 1-2 more days so that I can fully recover!!

meal 1 - lo carb bar

meal 2 - tuna with vegis

meal 3 - omelet w/ vegis 1/2 cup kidney beans

meal 4 - lo carb bar applesauce

meal 5 - chicken and brocolli steamed

Your diet is looking pretty good. You should have a carb refeed midweek and on the weekend. Gives you a little more energy for the workouts.

Ok ... Update on me..

I have increased my cals and fats and my diet is pretty much like this every day.

Meal 1
1/2 c oats
1 c egg whites
1 T almonds

WORKOUT HERE !
weights... If I do cardio its before meal 1

Meal 2
3 prtn muffins
(cals = 240, with equal carbs and prtn 3 grams of fat)
INGREDIENTS: ctg cheese minimal, oats, egg whites, splenda

Meal 3
1/2 c brown rice
1-3 cups vegis
4-6 oz lean protein
1 T almonds

Meal 4
EAS Bar or
1 c. ctg cheese and 1 T almonds

Meal 5
lean protein 4-6 oz
1.5 cups green beans

Meal 6
whey prtn shake (20 cals)
egg whites w/ ffcheese and one whole egg

TOTAL CALS
1400-1600
30-35% carbs
20-25% fat
40-50% prtn

I am 119-120 pounds
I am back into all my old clothes
I even fit into some of my really skinny 108 pound clothes.
I dont know what my BF is but its much lower than it used to be thats for sure.

Hi there gallerygurl! You have a nice figure, quads are starting to come through quite nicely! I would estimate you at about 22% body fat at the moment, but that is just a rough guess!

Keep up the good work, you are doing great with the diet and training!
