I AM TRAINING LIKE A BANCHEE IN HEAT BUT THE WEIGHT WILL NOT COME OFF . I GOT MY BF TO 15% FROM 26 %. I AM 5' 6" WGT. 209 AND 38 YRS OLD . CURRENTLY TRAIN 4DAYS ON ,2 DAYS OFF....
I WOULD LIKE TO COMPETE THIS YEAR BETWEEN AUG. AND OCT.
PLEASE HELP !!!!!!

Do you cardio before breakfast? Are you cycling your carbs? I have a friend getting ready to compete in June & he switches his diet up a lot. Some days he's told me he's only taking in 50 carbs for several days & other days 150, & so on. Anyway, I do the cardio before breakfast thing & it helps a lot with lowering bodyfat %.

You can train as much as you want but if your diet is not right you are just spinning your wheels. Have you counted how many calories, protein, carbs and fat you are taking in? Figure that out first and adjust to where you are taking in hi protein (to keep muscle) low carbs (to trick your body into using fat as an energy source) and low fat. When you have your diet dialed in, working out hard and doing cardio the fat will melt away.

If you have come from that high of a BF% to where you are now - then you are most likely far below your set point and your leptin levels have probably crashed. You should be incorporating periodic refeeds (not cheat days but PLANNED refeeds). Got to www.avantlabs.com and read PArDeus' Leptin series. after that try www.theministryoffitness.com/mof/library/articles/article18.htm.

If you are still curious google search for leptin, refeeds, and look specificaly for posts by Lyle Mcdonald or Elzi Volk.

even the most enomorphic guy on earth is gonna loose weight with my routine.

1. eat 6x/d small meals and your total cal. should be body weight * 11. say your 200lbs than thats no more than 2200 cal for you

2. dont eat ****. eat healthy stuff, lots of protein, low fat, medium carb, fruits, veggies, water, etc.

3. RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! get your heart going. run the treadmill every other day for 45min and do outdoor sports as often as you can.

4. take some ECA stacks. thats gets your heart going and burns a couple extra calories cuz your metabolism is boosted a little.

5. rest. have enough sleep and rest a little when your tired

6. no f*cking cheat days. dont have cheat days, because the only one you cheat is yourself. you can have a candy bar once in a while or a little cookie, but thats it. dont take a cheat day as excuse to binge like crazy and then ask yourself why you cant loose weight.

7. tell somebody what youre gonna do and have em be your partner and tell em about your progress. makes you feel better
