you need to exercises which train for the peak. one good example is concentration curls. very good for height. or alternating dumbell curls. not as good as the first, but will do.

Also, cable curls are good for peak.

Bicep peaks are also a part of genetics, but adding cable culrs at a 90 degree angle, standing in the center and curling to your head will help build the peak.

I agree, especially cable concentration curls and standing two-arm cable curls (try to mimic a front double-biceps pose). Really squeeze the muscle at the top portion of each rep. Peace!

peak contraction and concentration curls work very well.

Personally, concentration curls and one arm preacher curls work great for me. When doing concentration curls I use a moderately heavy dumbbell and only crunch, never using full ROM because my biceps are naturelly long. Some will disagree, but give it a try.
I'll guarentee it works for you too. Good Luck!

They're called crucifix curls.

You can not really train for a peak on your biceps in my opinion. Some people have it and others dont. It's basically genetics and we can't change that.

I absolutely agree with you Chris_25.

No matter how hard you squeeze your muscle, no matter what exercises you use or the intensity, if you don't have good peak genetics, then you won't get it.

You can't change it. You can try to do all those concentration curls, muscle squeezing, etc, but believe me, it will be just a waste of your time.
