I TRAIN 4 DAYS , 2 DAYS OFF. I EAT WELL AND SUPPLEMENT WITH WHEY PROTEIN , CREATINE, GLUTAMINE,MULTI-VIT. ALSO EXTRA VIT B, C AND ANTIOXIDANTS.
I DO A PROTEIN IN THE MORNING AND AFTER WORKOUT
THE GLUTAMINE 5G BEFORE WORKOUT AND AFTER ON EMPTY STOMACH
CREATINE WITHIN 15 MIN. POST WORKOUT . DO YOU THINK I AM INTAKING TO MUCH PROTEIN SUPPLEMENTS OR NOT ENOUGH CARBS ????????? PLEASE HELP.. SOON I WILL HAVE TO CALL THE PLUMBER

crapping????did you ever hear of fiber? bran, oatmeal..taking all that ****, ya need to keep your bodies peristalsis flowin.hahahahaha

EDREASON : THE FIBER MADE IT WORSR . I THINK I FOUND THE PROBLEM . MY COMBINATION OF HOW I WAS TAKING MY SUPPLEMENTS WAS SCREWED. GOT THING FIRMS THATS FOR THE INPUT.......HUGOFITT....
