according to my coach (2nd at Mr Canada for the past 6 years!!!!!)
The last 3 days of my pre-contest diet, I'm going to eat ONE POTATO PER HOUR!!! and only drink 6 oz of water in the morning!!

That is almost 40 potatos in 3 days!!!! WOOOOHHHHH!

I'm so afraid of getting fat with all that HIGH CARB food!!!

- Do you do that king of load-up before a contest??
- What will my body look like after that??

(I'm starting this after-noon......my first contest is satruday!)

I don't do a carb-load like that. I guess I mainly rely on losing water and then eat a Snickers bar 45 minutes before going on stage. My contest is next Sat. and I will have one carb-up meal on Wednesday and maybe Thursday night. That will be it until the Snickers the day of the show. Hope that helps.

never heard of that bro, but it may work.
I have always believed in doing it a little bit slower than that, with alot of variety for carbing up, I like to stick with rice, pastas, fruit, I stay away from things with simple sugars but I know some people that just eat whatever they want for carbing up, some come in tight and clean looking too.

Did it....

from wednesday afternoon until friday night: ONE POTATO PER HOUR!!! keeping water very low: 8 oz per day...for supplements intake!!

It had worked so well for me!! I looked full, lean, ripped!!
:)

Saturday, contest day: white rice, dry bananas and 1/2 chiken breast every 2 hours

Best shape of my life!!

I wouldn't take anymore than 17 Carbs every hour or you might spill over.
