I've been looking for an answer in the forums but haven't seemed to find a clear cut answer so figured I would start a thread:
For a cycle of aromatizing steroids (Test Enanthate 500mg/week in this case), what do people feel is a better AI to run during the cycle and at what dosage? And how far into PCT (either compound) is the AI used until its discontinuation?
It seems that Letrozole is the preferred one for attempts at reversing gyno starting (.25mg ed on cycle up to 2.5mg for gyno reversal attempts), but the Anastrozole is the 'usual' on cycle AI (.25 ed).

letro is best for estrogen related gyno, anastrozole is best for ai during cycle because it is easier on lipid profile that letro.
Letro for gyno 1.25mcg ed or 2.5mcg eod
anastrozole for cycle .5mg ed/eod
Stop your ai 3 days prior to PCT

Proviron+Nolva is even better on the lipids and it keeps me pretty dry. Adex does a good job too.

Slight hijack here but Daemonn I am running Adex at .25mg EOD with Prop 120mg EOD, Tren A 50mg EOD and Dbol 50mg ED, to keep up with bloat. I do feel it is giving me a "drier" look, but I am cramping up some days. I don't think it is water intake as I am keeping up with that. I am thinking maybe the Adex is perpetuating some of my cramping. These are muscle cramps as opposed to cramps from pumps.
What do you think?

Do you guys ever get Adex (liquid obviously) from Research sites or just the tabs from other sources.

I have been wondering the same thing, to go with liquidex or letro. Both seem like they would work just having a hard time deciding. So i am interested to see also.

I can get Letro for less, but Anastrozole seems to be the 'go-to' AI for aromatizing cycles so I think I'm going to stick with it. I might just purchase some Letrozole to have on the side if ever gyno becomes a problem in the future as that seems to be its main purpose in the write-ups I've encountered.
I would consider Proviron but its harder and more costly for me to obtain.

I believe AIs should only be used on a need to basis. If the bloat is bearable and gyno is not an issue why use it at all? I would either drop Adex or cut back to .25mg E3D.
That's one of the reasons I like Proviron, it doesn't get me too dry, no cramping and it doesnt wreak havoc on my lipid levels. I just wouldn't recommend it to someone prone to DHT-related sides such as MPB since it's a pretty strong androgen.

Thank you sir - I will cut back to E3D.
As fas Proviron and MPB risks, I shave my head every morning in the shower anyway, so Proviron here I come!!
