FRIDAY JULY 9TH 2004 RUSSIAN BENCH CYCLE
Close Grip Bench Press: 140x8, 190x8 PR!?, 190x8, 190x8
Close Grip Incline Bench Press: 145x8 PR!!, 145x8, 145x8
Comments: I was going to do some additonal work after the bench sets but I felt like crap the whole workout and had a nasty headache so I didnt. 190 felt like ****ing speed weight!! I had more in me on every set!! 145 was the same way, light as a feather and I ****ing owned it. I REALLY want to raise the percentages for this program, but the general consensus ont hat has been no. LOL oh well :) Kickass workout! Grade: A+

RUSSIAN BENCH CYCLE
Hang Cleans: 140x5, 195x2 PR!!, 190x2, 160x6
Bent over Rows: 120x10, 135x10, 145x8, 140x6
Weighted Pullups: BW+25x5, BW+20x5, BW+15x4
Comments: I was happy with everything except pullups as i was repping 45 a couple months ago, but that was also the last time i had done them... all in all great workout!! Grade: A-
MONDAY JULY 12TH 2004 RUSSIAN BENCH CYCLE
Close Grip Bench: 135x8, 180x6, 180x6, 180x6, 180x6
Close Grip Incline Bench: 135x6, 135x6, 135x6, 135x6
Squats: 135x8, 235x6, 235x6, 235x6
SLDL: 205x6, 205x4
Comments: Everything felt good today. SLDL sucked though because my grip has weakened a lot from not pulling. I will throw in racks this week All in all a good day Grade: B

I only did 2 sets of the russian routine and called it. Id been out with friends all day and ended up burning a TON of calories and just driving around and doing stupid ****. I figure i would benefit more from resting up.
