Okay now I've been reading a lot of messages that you guys have been posting, but I have been wondering that if I do gain weight, when do I stop. I'm 150 lb. and I want to gain weight and then cut, do I wait till I get to 165, is that good? and if i do am I just cutting back to my original 150 lb. frame?? I need some help if someone could just give me the right advice.... thx

Bulk until you feel you're happy. eat as much as you can(healthy of course), train smart and lift crazy. when you bulk, you will put on fat. You can't avoid it, unless you do high reps and cardio. But that isn't bulking.

when you ask when you become cut and how much to cut, what do you mean? do you want to cut back, lose a little of the fat that you've accumulated and then bulk again to become bigger, or do you want to cut to become ripped? what are your goals? it's hard top give advice because you are too vague.

you ask if 165lbs is good. why do you ask us? it's you who should know how big you want to be.

Personally I would never let my abs go out of sight. If you find that they begin to disappear just straighten out your diet and cut back a LITTLE. Keep in mind that as you gain weight you will need more calories just to maintain your weight.

My usual plan is to stick to a certain number of calories untill I begin to lose fat. When this happens I know that I need to increase calories again in order to keep the gains coming. The best way to keep track of this is to get yourself a set of fat calipers and measure your skinfold thickness about once every two weeks. You don't need to be concerned with the percentages just the trend in the numbers on the device.
