Day 42 of 45
HIIT and Arms

I HIITED it this morning for 12 horrible-ass minutes! It was so hot this morning I was wondering if I could perform HIIT in a crawling motion

Later today:
Bis
Preacher with EZ bar: 165x7, 170x5, 170x4.376
Incline dumbbells: 60x7, 65x4, 60x5
Hammer curls: 75x9, 80x5, 80x4

Tris
Reverse-grip bench: 225x10, 245x10, 255x12, 265x9, 275x6, 280x4
Pushdowns (with v-bar on the lat pulldown): 210x5, 210x4, 207.5x4
Kickbacks: 75x5, 75x4, 75x4

Forearms
Barbell wrist curls: 165x9, 170x6, 170x5
Reverse wrist curls (barbell): 100x8, 100x7, 100x7
Wrist curls (dumbbell; seated like concentration curls): 115x7, 115x7, 115x7

Today was a great day it seemed! My tris are SO dead right now. It took awhile to get up to working weight on reverse-grip bench because it has been awhile in my book since I've last done that unless I missed a week where I have done it. Anyway, that was probably the main reason why my tris were dead throughout the rest of my workout. My forearms felt great too; it was a completely exhaustive workout of my arms today. I love working arms because you can just kill them whereas other bodyparts don't seem like they can be killed as bad, namely chest.

Day 43 of 45
Back and Traps

Back
Wide-grip pulldown: 305x10, 310x7, 310x5 (PR!)
Eagle rows (narrow-grip): 230x7, 235x5, 235x4.69
One-armed Rows: 190x10, 195x7, 195x7

Traps
Upright Rows: 185x7, 185x6.5, 185x5
Barbell Shrugs (behind back on smith machine): 315x10, 320x8, 320x7 (PR!)
Dumbbell Shrugs: 190x10, 195x6, 195x5

Lower Back
Deads: 405x4, 495x4, 585x3, 675x3, 695x6, 695x6, 695x5
Good Mornings: 225x11, 230x7, 230x6 (PR!)
Hypers: 100x5, 100x5, 100x4

Today was a pretty good day for me in the gym despite having to bust my ass through the workout. I had to go see Gil Mantera's Party Dream (www.myspace.com/partydream) in Pittsburgh and they were awesome, as usual! Their music is okay, but their live show is amazing because they go crazy, dance funky, pour beer on themselves, and strip (not to nudity, just to underwear).
As for lifting and stuff, it has become a sad reality that this log will soon be over. But never fear, the new log should be up and running soon with more girls and more ass-grabery (hopefully) :D I've also received a ton of samples recently so maybe the down time I have after this log (if any) will be good for those samples.

Thanks bro! I love one-arm rows more than BO rows because the BOs put some more strain on my lower back that I need to save for DLs. I might start busting out the t-bar rows soon, but I just keep forgetting to do them.

definately agreed about the lower back.

Also for me personally I feel like I can go at a higher intensity with one-arm which I like

Day 44 of 45
Chest

Bench: 455x4, 455x5, 455x4
Decline: 455x7, 460x5, 460x4
Incline: 385x7, 390x4, 385x5
Flyes: 70x8, 75x5, 75x5
Pec-deck: 200x12, 200x11, 200x9

This afternoonish was okay despite eating only once before lifting; I like to eat at least twice but you can't always get what you want. I think some back soreness/DOMS was kind of prohibiting my bench today too. I just couldn't seem to push very well, especially for the lockout as my tris felt like jelly.

I never put much thought into that back in the day, but the more experienced I have become the more I've noticed this can actually effect my performance quite a bit.

Ya, that's why I prefer to lift at night because there's less douchebags, I have my metabolism running, and I'm not in a half-sleepy state.

Well, it only makes sense to finish thy log with thine best and favorite body part, no? But then on the other hand, if I get DOMS, hopefully it doesn't settle in until after work tonight because I need to bend over a lot while there.
Anyway, more about the workout; it was excellent despite only eating once before pumping the iron. I feel the carbs taken from Ness' Prolab samples might have helped me along. My knees are aching like a mofo though, fortunately I finished XF a few days ago and I have a bottle of Super Cissus RX staring me down like that damn honey bottle from the other day.
As for the end of this baby is the start of me logging stuff. I want to give SUPERIOR thanks to PT, Tank, and Cervasa for running the app process and giving me the chance to log this and the people behind the scenes at CL for creating such a great supp. Final thoughts will be posted in a new thread soon and I'll link you guys to it if you can't seem to find it or if you're just lazy! It was fun and hopefully the crowd may join me on my next journey through that one supp from that one company ;) http://www.houstontexasswingers.com/vbulletin/images/smilies/waving.gif http://forum.themusichype.com/images/smilies/waving.gif http://forum.abestweb.com/images/smilies/waving.gif

Some details:

Starting measurements (from when I first put in my data on bodyspace, I'm assuming same size at start of cut except weight):
Starting weight: 261lbs
Right arm: 20"
Left arm: 19.75"
Right quad: 32.5"
Left quad: 32.375"
Right calf: 22"
Left calf: 21.875"
Right forearm: 16"
Left forearm: 15.875"
Chest: 56"
Waist: bloated-looking 36"

Final measurements:
Final weight: 239lbs.
Right arm: 19.5"
Left arm: 19.375"
Right quad: 32"
Left quad: 32"
Right calf: 21.875"
Left calf: 21.75"
Right forearm: 15.875"
Left forearm: 15.75"
Chest: 53.5"
Waist: Less-bloated-looking 35.175"

Total losses:
Weight: 22lbs LOSS
Right arm: 0.5" LOSS
Left arm: 0.375" LOSS
Right quad: 0.5" LOSS
Left quad: 0.375" LOSS
Right calf: 0.175" LOSS
Left calf: 0.175" LOSS
Right forearm: 0.175" LOSS
Left forearm: 0.175" LOSS
Chest: 2.5" LOSS
Waist: 0.875" LOSS

The losses in my bodyparts are AMAZING!!! I didn't think I was carrying that much fat on my arms, quads, and chest!!! I did kinda have some boobs goin on but I didn't think they were that big. I thought for sure my waist loss was going to be more as my jeans and shorts fit a lot looser, but I guess not, however I did measure it at where my pants sit and that's probably lower than the waist, but whatever.
