I am training for my first figure competition taking place on October 13 2007. I am doing extremely well right now dropping body fat, 4% in 2 months and continuing to loose. My husband and I had a cruise booked for the first week of June (planned before I got this idea to compete). I plan on eating clean, I know it will not be a problem as the ships do have a variety of healthy foods to eat. My question is regarding drinking alcohol... Will it totally ruin me if I have, lets say the max would be 4 beers per day (3 day cruise) and I deduct the calories from my daily intake so that I am not going over my calorie limit for the day. Currently I am about 5-7 pounds away from my competition weight. When we get back I will still have a full 3 months until contest. Any thoughts??
