I bought some at Wal-Mart.. they are like flatbread/soft taco shell kinda things.. they are really big and they have 9g fiber and 6g net carbs for a whole thing, along with like 9g of protein.. has anybody used them?

Got any recipes for what to do with them? I'm probably going to break them in half and use half of one at a time, I figure you can put just about any keto meal in one and make it more portable and easy to eat away from home.

I think I'm especially going to use them to throw some more lettuce and spinach in my diet since you can wrap it up in them.

Put cream cheese on then
Make a sandwich with meat
Put hummus on them
Eat them plain? --> Cop out answer :)

I have used these b4 keto diet. I would just put pizza sauce(don't know if there is keto friendly kind) mozz cheese, and cut up chicken breast. Then stick under broiler to melt cheese. very good.
