this is Nick - ive been working out now for 4 years 1 of witch was waisted on not really knowing what i was doing, and know it seems i have stoped making the progress i would like to,
at the moment iam trying out different routines and stuff but still feel like iam wasting my time - can anyone recomend what i can do to really shock my body into growth? like a good 3 day split killer routine!
