What's up guys, the last the article I wrote was on hardcore training and the decrease of it in bodybuilding and gyms alike. This article will tie hand and hand with it, it's on motivation. If you got the balls to train like a man and want to make some serious gains based on what it really takes to win then keep reading, or do you want to roll over and die next to some hot-off-the-press supplement? The choice is your's to read on or not, you know you want to know the secret. Here it is:
Motivation, we all know what the freakin' word means. It's the thing that keeps us going while in the gym, eating our chicken breast at 10 p.m. just to make sure we get all 6 meals down in one day, it's the drive that keeps us taking that creatine or protein even though it tastes like dog puke. That's motivation, by the way, I've never tasted dog puke, but I'm sure it's pretty nasty stuff. The question is, what happens when you lose your motivation? Do you quit? Not if you want to be a winner you don't, and nobody I've ever met or heard of ever thought of being a loser. Losing sucks doesn't it? So why chance it by giving up? Think of why you started bodybuilding/ or just lifting in general... Was it because of being overweight or underweight for your height and age? Was it because of the girls or guys that had the bodies and you didn't want to feel stupid or pitiful? Or maybe you saw Arnold or Ferrigno in a movie and thought, 'Oh my, he's huge.'
Frankly, I could care less about your motivation. I have my motivation and drive to win, and you have your's. I don't care about what kind of problems you've had nor do I want to dwell with you in your self-pity. I want to get freaky huge and I want everybody to look at me with awe. So many times, we let one little thing get us in a rut and we just feel like quitting, and a lot of people do. Maybe they didn't see results in the time they wanted, or maybe somebody put them down because of it. You know what I think? Huh, you really wanna know? I don't think you have any guts to stand up and really change, I really don't. Who cares what some little 135-145lb prick says about you? You're gonna let this little toothpick of a man tell you that you're nothing, you sorry peice of crap. I've got you this far through this article now haven't I? I've got you down to the nitty gritty part of it, haven't I? You wanna know the secret that I said at the beginning? Huh? Huh? Well here it is, there is no secret!! It's dedication, consistency, hardcore training, and so much more.
Now I really want you to weigh out the consequences of your lifting right now............................................... ..............................
Ok, time's up. Will you keep your goals in touch with reality, train beyond the pain, and motivate yourself day in and day out? If you want to keep growing you will. I'm not going design a workout on this post that says it works like a charm. (For those of you that really want one, and you're just getting started private message me and we'll go from there.) You know what you have to do, so do it! I'm not your momma, nor your daddy. No excuses, motivate yourself to get in the gym and get business taken care of and leave. It's that easy, still too complicated? Let me give you another shot at this one big shot.... Motivate yourself with words, people, pictures, girls, music, training videos, whatever. Think about all those people that told you that you weren't any good, couldn't win a show or even be muscular because you don't have the "genetics". Go show them brothers, go show them who is running the show. I hope this article will help some of you out more than I can imagine. Take it to heart and lift some iron. Keep hardcore training alive once again. Keep lifting.
